Returns & Claims

We want you to receive a product that meets our quality standards. If your product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

The Wedgie™ is manufactured using closed-cell cross-link polyethylene (XLPE) foam. During product development, we evaluated multiple foam types and densities and selected this material because our testing found that it provided the best overall balance of firm support, durability, shape retention, and longevity under repeated use and loading. Its firmness is intentional and helps the product maintain the support required for its intended function.

Due to the inherent characteristics of XLPE foam and its manufacturing process, minor cosmetic variations may occur, including but not limited to slight differences in color or sheen, minor surface-texture irregularities, faint seam lines, small indentations, or other superficial marks. These characteristics are normal and expected and do not affect the product’s structural integrity, functionality, or intended performance.

Accordingly, cosmetic variations of the nature described above do not constitute a product defect and are not, on their own, grounds for a claim of nonconformity, return, replacement, or refund.

Refunds are only accepted when a product is deemed defective by LIV3 Industries, LLC. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it is issued.

For non-defective products, returns are accepted at our discretion and may be refunded as store credit or to the original payment method. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused or in resalable condition and in original packaging, and authorized by us before being shipped back.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. LIV3 Industries, LLC is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization.

We reserve the right to deny any return showing excessive wear, misuse, intentional damage, contamination, or alteration.
