Product Materials and Cosmetic Characteristics
The Wedgie™ is manufactured using molded foam construction. Due to the inherent nature of this material and manufacturing process, minor cosmetic variations may occur, including but not limited to slight differences in color or sheen, minor surface texture irregularities, faint seam lines, small indentations, or other superficial marks. Such characteristics are a normal and expected result of the materials and manufacturing methods used to produce the item, and their presence does not affect the structural integrity, functionality, or intended performance of the product.
Accordingly, cosmetic variations of the nature described above do not constitute a defect and are not, on their own, grounds for a claim of nonconformity, return, replacement, or refund under our Returns & Claims policy. This provision does not limit or affect your rights with respect to defects that materially impair the structural integrity or intended function of the product, which remain addressed separately under our Returns & Claims policy.
Orders and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
