Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed by LIV3 Industries, LLC.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. LIV3 Industries, LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and then contact our support team so we can help guide next steps.
